As Chief Revenue Officer, John is accountable for growing Turnium’s business. Prior to joining Turnium, John was the sales leader at Rise People and before that, SVP Sales at CounterPath, a Vancouver-based software company recently acquired by Alianza.
At Rise, John grew ARR by 50% while at CounterPath, John increased revenue by 56% over 4 years, while transitioning the company to a SaaS revenue model, resulting in 60% of CounterPath’s total revenue being recurring revenue.
An entrepreneurial veteran of the technology industry, John brings sales, marketing, and business development experience to Turnium. Prior to CounterPath, he worked at Icron Technologies, Allstream, and Sutus. He was a senior leader and founder at ADZILLA new media, and has held sales leadership and operational roles at Voyus, C1 Communications, MetroNet, AT&T International, and TELUS.
John holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and sales and marketing accreditations from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).
